When you use the contact form. Your name, phone number, email address if you give one, the area you are in, and whatever you tell us about the problem. We also record the IP address the request came from, purely so we can identify abuse of the form.
When you call. Your phone number, plus whatever you tell us in order to book or diagnose the job.
When you browse. Google Analytics 4 records pages viewed, roughly where in the world you are, the type of device and browser, and how you arrived. It also records when someone taps a call button, so we can tell which parts of the site are useful. We do not attempt to link that data to your enquiry.
We do not run advertising pixels or third-party tracking beyond Google Analytics.
To answer your enquiry, quote the work, carry out the job and keep a service record for the property. Keeping a record matters practically: if we camera your line today, that footage is worth comparing against in three years.
Nobody, except the service providers that make the site work. Those are our email delivery provider, which handles form submissions in transit, our hosting provider, and Google Analytics. We do not sell personal information, and we never have. We do not pass your details to other contractors or lead brokers.
We will disclose information if the law genuinely requires it.
Enquiries that do not turn into work are deleted within twelve months. Records for completed jobs, including camera footage, are kept for up to seven years, which matches how long you might reasonably need them for a warranty or insurance question. Analytics data follows the retention period set in Google Analytics.
This site sets no cookies of its own. Google Analytics sets its own cookies to tell repeat visits from new ones. You can block them in your browser settings, or install the Google Analytics opt-out add-on, and the site will work exactly the same.
Washington's My Health My Data Act does not apply to us, since we collect nothing health-related. If you are a California resident, the CCPA gives you the right to ask what personal information we hold, where it came from, and to have it deleted or corrected. We extend the same courtesy to everyone who asks, wherever you live.

We may need to verify who you are first, which usually means confirming the phone number or address the job was booked under.
This is a plumbing site. It is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
The site is served over HTTPS and form submissions are encrypted in transit. No website can promise perfect security, and we would rather say that plainly than claim otherwise.
If this policy changes we will update the date at the top. Material changes will be obvious rather than buried.
